Creating an Account

Before enrolling in the FSH program, you must create an account on the enrollment site.

 

1. From the home page, click Enroll Now!

2. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.

 

3. Click Create Account. A prompt follows asking you to check your email.

Your email will look similar to the following.

4. Click Set my Password to continue to the enrollment process.
5. Create a password using the criteria listed toward the bottom of the screen.
6. Click Reset Password.
7. On the Password Changed prompt, click Back to FSH.
